If you find it more convenient we are happy to accept scanned records or mailed hard copies.

After you get us your accounting source information such as check stubs, bank statements and cancelled checks we enter the information in Quickbooks and make sure it is all reconciled. Then we review the records and give your reports to make sense of it all. We are also qualified to review your information and tell you what it means. The time that we spend going over your reports is a great opportunity to analyze the progress of your business and plan for success.

Depending on your needs we can keep records on a cash or accrual basis. Don't worry if you are not sure which is better for you, that is our job to help you decide.
