What is a
Business CPA?
A business CPA is a certified public accountant that has
experience in the area of business accounting practices. A
business CPA can provide tax advice and preparation,
bookkeeping, consultation services, inspect, audit, and/or keep
the financial records for a business, as well as prepare their
financial and tax reports. A CPA is different from an
accountant in that they have passed tests from the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as from their
state. A CPA also must take 120 hours of continuing education
courses every three years to maintain their license.
Could a business CPA be a right fit for your company? Are
you looking for someone to just do your taxes and prepare
audits? Or would you like someone that can also work with you
to improve your business by helping to develop a business plan
and setting strategic goals to help your company attain their
long term profit objectives?
As your company’s business CPA, I can do all of these things
for you. I will work with you to improve your business by
making sure you pay the minimum legal taxes, avoid unnecessary
penalties, and attain your profit goals.
